About Alice Penner
Prior to becoming a Realtor, I was a mortgage lender and also in the funeral business. My passion has always been helping people. Most of my clients have become an extension of my family. I enjoy hearing about their individual life experiences and the challenges they may have with their homes. It is such a pleasure watching families grow. There is no greater joy than when I am trusted to help a client sell or purchase a home. I believe in building relationships one home at a time and stay in touch long after the transaction is completed. In many cases, I get to help them find their next home. I believe in giving back to my communities. I volunteer and make a donation to a local charity on behalf of every client..
